as a first-time user of the dvx100a as of tomorrow, i have a few questions. sorry for littering the forum with my posts. i think thse might be the last ones...
- how do you lay timecode on the minidv tape you're recording on, so that it will remain consistent and linear throughout the tape, despite stopping and starting and powering the camera on and off?
- and -- really basic -- how do you set the 24p modes? is it a digital menu item or a switch on the side of the camera, as it is on the xl2?
