Got another note from a client concerning GH4 glitches.
It states, "I noticed another little quirk in the GH4 -- sometimes when a clip breaks during a continuous shot (after 4.27GB), the last frame of the first clip and the first frame of the second clip have the same frame number -- so when they are all laid out in a timeline there will be two different frames with the timecode 17:22:51:22, for instance".
This, combined with the glitch where spanned clips can not be automatically stichted together, is adding a lot of post for our clients, & may cause a switch to another camera. Too bad as otherwise they're loving the output.
These are dopey little quirks that shouldn't exist so here's hoping for a firmware fix.
