Timecode Breaks with DVX100B

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with timecode breaks on the dvx100b. Ive been using the rec check before I begin recording after powering down or cutting the camera, but I still get an annoying amount of tc breaks. Does it have to do with tape stock? Any suggestions on how to keep me from getting so many tc breaks? I never experienced this annoyance with the DVX100A.

Make sure you are using rec run and not free run. It most likely does not have anything to do with tape brand.
