Time to upgrade

So I have been using my Canon Xl1s since it first came out but I think its time to retire it and upgrade to HD. I have been following the HVX for a couple of months and I think it will be the best choice for me. I have about $7,000 but I also need to get a HD tv, something around $1,000 hopefully. Can you recommend a good place to buy the HVX, good price but also without fear of getting a graymarket cam. Thanks alot.
