FWIW, I've dealt with buydig over a period of 2 years. I bought six digital cameras from them including the Canon Mark II. I never had a single problem. Excellent prices, very prompt shipping. That said, precisely because nothing went wrong, I don't really know how their customer service is should you actually need to return something or deal with them when something's damaged etc. However, I have never purchased any video cameras from them, and the last time I dealt with them was almost a year ago. I would deal with them again. YMMV.

A problem has developed with my order but it's at no fault of buydig.com. Turns out that I am using my debit (VISA) card to make the purchase and my bank has a limit of $3,000/day that this card can be used for. Well, this isn't working so buydig notified me about 2 hours via email after I placed my order that there was a problem with my card. I have since contacted them and they were very curteous and said "We can only accept credit cards, no checks over the phone, but if you'd like to send a money order, we can process your order this way". Well, I'm not too keen on sending money orders, so I think I'll go to a partner to use their credit card (I got rid of mine a LONG time ago, yipee!) and I'll pay them back.
This is clearly going to delay my order by a few days. But so far, I've been very impressed with Buydig.com

Every bank in the nation can raise the limit fro you temporarliy for a large purchase like this, I've done it countless times at many different banks.
All you have to do is call or even better, go into the issueing bank, tell them of your purchase and the need to raise the limit and they should easily accomodate you.
