Time Of Day Timecode?

I am shooting 2 cameras at once and want the same time code on each. I can't find any way to set the timecode to "time of day". Is there a way to do that on the DVX? In lieu of that, is there a way to lock timecode by linking the cameras with firewire?

Use Free Run mode, load in the same preset to both cameras and since they are crystal controlled counters they will remain fairly close over a decent period of time.

On the 100B, yes. On prior DVXs, no.

Even so, locking them only lasts as long as you don't turn one of them off or toggle between camera/vcr modes; any time you do any of those things you'll interupt the sync for a few frames.
