Time Lapse Question

Hello everyone, I have never time lapsed and I can not find the answer on the forum to get the AF100 to do 1 fps or anything under 12fps. Could someone please assist me? Sorry but I do not have Barry's book with me as I am in another country at the moment. Thanks for any help!

Press menu button- then recording setup- then interval record. Choose from several rates including 1fps.

Also, if you want the slowest shutter speed possible on the AF100, 1/2 second, you need to be in VIDEOCAM mode.

So 1/2 second is officially the slowest shutter speed we can go? Weird that it's in the VIDEOCAM mode! I never use it!

I believe it is the slowest, at least I have not been able to find anything slower.
