Hello everyone!!

I´m graduating next winter from Tampere university of applied sciences, school of art and media in Finland. I´m now starting to do my thesis. My subject is TIME-LAPSE PHOTOGRAPHY. As a part of my thesis I´m also doing this kind of short film almost completely made with time-lapse shots. My film is this kind of trip around the world in fast forward. If you have seen films like BARAKA, CHRONOS or KOYAANISQATSI you know what we´re after.

The project is very ambitious but made with very limited budget, cause it is my Thesis. I´m not able to pay any money, but what I can offer is possible fame and chance to be part of very interesting project. The crew for the film is me as a director, 3 filmers, producer, editor and a music composer and of course as many additional filmers as I can get. Almost all of our budget is going to the music. Our Composer is very talented classical music composer so the music is going to be great.

Last few years me and my friends have travelled alot and shot also a lot of time-lapse shots around the world. So now using those shots I´m plannig to do this short film. But I´m still missing footage cause my idea is to cover as much beautiful places in the world as possible.

So what I need from you is, as I was wondering that as I´m not able to travel everywhere I also try to gather some footage from other people and use them in my project. What I need is every possible Time-lapse footage you can offer. Shot with video, film or dslr. Subject can be anything, as long as the shots are beautiful. Of course if the subject somehow reflects the location where it´s shot it´s even better.

The film is planned to be published around september-october. So if some one gets interested about this project, there is plenty of time.

So everyone who is interested in this huge and ambitious project, please contact me and I can tell more about this film.

EDIT: I forgot to send some specs about the material. The shooting format can be anything. Only thing is that it should be HD. 1080p or 720p.

Thank you everyone in advanced,

Jony
