time for new DSLR around $1100 - whats new, whats hot???

5D3+RAW looks interesting but what are the downsides please?

* very expensive media (1000x CF cards, and not even all of them can cope with this task)
* huge files: 87 MB/s (a 128GB card holds 24 minutes of 1080p24 video)
* painful workflow (for best IQ, you have to edit DNGs directly in AE, and you'll probably get playback speeds of about 1-2 fps) (if you know Resolve and they fix the CineForm RAW issue, then workflow may no longer be an issue)


edit: I like my sensor to be FF, can we aggree to have it APS-C but with a mirrorless mount so I can put a speedbooster in front of it?
