Time Date stamp?

[digitalislandmedia]

Does anyone here know if the HVX can record a time /date stamp on screen permanently??

I am bidding on a job may require HD with time date stamped at the time of shooting for legal purposes.

Any input?

Is this camera accepted as a "Legal" recording unit since there is no tape ?

Can it be done in SD onto tape with HVX ?

OK , I figured it out .... You CANNOT burn-in date and time to tape (orP2).

The only way to use this cam to do this, is to record to an external deck via composite out and select OSD ON in the HVX menu.

This will be difficult in my case as I will be in a moving vehicle while recording.

Cheers !
