(TILTA) Lightweight Dovetail Plate

I have a Tilta C300 cage for my camera. It came with a short dovetail plate.
I'm looking at purchasing one more, but cant find these anywhere.

The shortest one I found is 10" long. But I need one that's just like the one I have, its 5" long.
Its not the Arri Standard Dovetail, but a smaller version.

Is there another company that sells these small dovetails?

The other option I have is just buying the 10" version, cutting it in half and getting two small dovetails out of it, which would be perfect.
Drill a little screw on one end so it doesn't fall out, just like the one I have now.
*Actually, I cant do that because the tapped holes are only in the middle and not throughout the whole plate. :(

Looks like the piece of the far right:

Hey Michael, did you ever find a good cheap source for this?
I'm having a similar issue in finding one for my Sony PMW-F3!
I love the lightweight nature of the dovetail, but.... it appears to be some new bastard standard they made up themselves! Not matching with anything else :-/

Costs about $12 to get drills and taps for 1/4-20 and 3/8-16… then the world is your threaded oyster. You'll be running around the house yelling "I'd tap THAT!!!" to make you wife roll her eyes (well, that's what I do anyway…)

Extra credit - get a drill press from Harbor freight, their $99 one is often on sale for $60 or even less. Never again at the mercy of where manufacturers put their holes. Pretty awesome.

Need to drill larger, you really need helicoils in each hole to support the greater pressure. Still not a bid deal to create more holes.
