Curved arm will only work with a Tilta Baseplate (link below). Top handle will work with any 15mm rod setup.

I put some velcro on the top of the curved arm & including a small shotgun mic holder too with the lot.

(Baseplate not included)

Kit comes with everything seen in the photos on the carpet. Photos on the couch are for reference of how it fits together on the baseplate.

Please note: I'm including a pair of 8" rods & 6" rods, they have two stoppers & two screws to connect the pair into 14" long rods. In the photos on the couch, there were two sets of 8" rods, so the 6" rods will be a little shorter if you use in that configuration.

Yes & yes.

You can mount the shoulder mount / baseplate directly to a Sony VCT-14 (or similar) professional quick release plate. Or you can use the 1/4" or 3/8" threads on the baseplate.
