Tilt Shift Swing Adapter for M43 Cams - Can Someone translate Japanese?

Looks like they took some Horseman LF front stand, srewed some lens mount into recessed lens board and set up WA bellows with m4/3 ring on the back.
I was planning to make something similar around my 4"x5" Wista field cam and GH1. The good side: no additional rig needed, field cam carries everything to hold the lens and to be mounted on tripod. The bad side: digital cam must be as close to the lens as possible to give more movements, so it's getting really hard to operate it. Of course I could add some kind of spacer between GH1 and adapter plate, but I was limited to shoot some brutal macro or tele. I hope that with GH2 and its touchscreen controls this idea would be more practical.

Well, supposed to be pricy.

The general rule is: the further lens stands and the wider coverage circle is - the better shifts and tilts you'll have. So the main candidates are MF lenses. But affordable WA MF lenses start with 45mm, and it drops us straight to the tele end of shooting.
I was going to use M42 lenses. They have nearly the longest working distance among SLR lenses, are cheap and need only a screw to mount (Nikon F and Olympus OM are a bit longer, but they need a proper bayonet to mount). I hoped to mount Mir-20 and have some shy movements with it.

As I can see, AF100 (GF1/2 'n' Oly E-Px too, BTW) has a huge advantage in front of GH2 for this use: no forward obtrusive elements like hand grip or flash compartment. IMHO, you'll get shifts only with M39 lenses and GH1/2 at best case (28.8 mm flange distance vs. 20 mm on m4/3) with this rig. And you already can have shifts with Nikon F lenses and Fotodiox adapter, more cheap and compact.
