One way to do it would be to use a 35mm adapter and a lensbaby, and then shoot to P2 using 2fps.

How to use 2fps ? with interval rec ?

To shoot at 2fps, do a search of this forum for "frame rate hack."

A 35mm still frame camera @ various fps would get you the best DOF vs. the hvx w/ no adaptor
