Tiffen Filters

I've ordered a couple of new Tiffen filters from B&H, and they've come without any factory seal, and upon opening up the case, the filters both have had slight streaking and specks/dirt. To me they look used, but these are my first filters. Has anyone had any experience ordering new Tiffen filters? Should new filters usually be factory sealed and "pristine"?

In recent months I've gotten a 72mm UV kit, and a 4X4 filter from Adorama and they all came wrapped with holders. They weren't Tiffen, but I would expect Tiffen to be well wrapped and protected also.
Sound like you got demo stuff. B&H is very good about returns. Good Luck.
