Selling a TIffen 52mm 1.2 ND Filter for $24 shipped in the CONUS. (The exact one linked.) Aside from a few light scratches and cleaning marks, the filter looks to be in excellent condition. The marks to do not, from my testings, affect image-quality. The package includes the filter itself and a velcro carrying pouch.
