through magic bullet 60i-24p-QUESTION

Does the image lose quality when I change it from 60i- to 24p in magic bullet? Will the picture be same as if I filmed something in 24p? Or will it be not as good looking? Just wondering I own a dvc80 right now which only shoots in 60i, and now I am wanting a movie film like look to it.

Of course it won't look as good as footage that was filmed in 24P, but its pretty damn close! So yeah, there's probably a small quality loss but all in all, its worth it. :)
