My 2nd streetbike stunt doc will be finished for summer 08, here is the first trailer. I went with the comedic apporach, the 2nd trailer wich will be released close to the completion of the film will be more serious.

Hope to hear back from the users again.


Shot on dvx100a 24p, edited in pro 2.0, dvd and menus will most likely be done in AE and DVDlab PRO. I still cant get into Adobe Encore for soem reason.

Crazy.... I just keep waiting to see road kill but thankfully it looks like it was a safe shoot for the most part.

Those guys are extremely talented... Insane.... Completely Insane.... but talented.

Hope they all ride safe and at least have organ donor cards just in case.

most of the guys practice daily, they just dont go out bying bikes and doing this stuff. It takes practice like anything else, they have full control of their bikes @ all times, wich for some is hard to understand.

I love you.

But I have (had) friends who were even blue angel pilots and are here no more.

They most certainly are the best of the best of the best.

The reality is planes drop out of the sky, boats sink, and motorcycles crash.

It's a personal choice we all make to take on the risk and thrill of these endeavors.

I am a pilot and a free diver. Both have associated risks.

As long as we don't unnecessarily take someone else with us or leave uncared for orphans behind it's the price we pay to attempt to feed the insatiable hunger the cries out from the depths of our souls! :thumbsup:
 
Yes true with anyting there are risks associated, but ppl who understand the risk also understand the responsiblities as u said. I hope you guys had a chance to view the other vids on youtube and ifim etc. I think this is going to be my last film shot on the dVx1ooa. I'm probably going to move up to HD for the next film and it probably wont be bike related.

What are you interested in shooting next?
 
i'm not sure.. i dont think its going to be sports realted tho... but having 2 docs under my belt has really helped me become a better story teller, filmmaker,editor as i'm doing everyrhing alone. ITs quite different out here in vancouver, ppl out here who are in the industry or want to get in or whatever are not very helpfull so bascially you have to know how to do it all as no one will really help you. ITs quite strange, people are very stingy out here. There is a reson the industry here is not doing as well as it should, everyone is bascially thinking of themselves.

yah BC, its a nice place to live but if u want to make somthign happen u basically need to fund your own projects, thats the thing with Canadian content..

the next gen hxv will most likely be my next camera
