THRILLfest Official Rules

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

I bet as long as what's playing on the tv isn't used to tell part of the story then you're fine.

Best to PM a Mod just in case.

I have a TV in my movie for a few seconds, could it play images of a video that were not shot in the timeframe for this project?

thanks

Jason the point of these fests is to be inclusive as possible. Im going to say that a few seconds in six will not tell your story or effect your overall placing. So you should be fine. When you upload one of the fest mods will take a look at it further.
