Three camera audio syncing...

I am shooting live concert footage with three cameras, DVX100, DVX100a, PD150. I have already determined that I will lock one camera down and run audio directly to it from the sound board. I will be running mics on the other two cameras just for backup/ crowd noise. My main concern is that I will have a little trouble syncing the audio to picture in post between the camera that is tied into the board and the others that are not, especially the Sony. Will it match up or will it drift a little? I do not have a remote so I don't have any way to sync timecode between the two Panasonics... and I know there is no way to sync all three together. I have used these cameras a thousand times but never for this type of event and I would like to get it right the first time. Also I have been told that the best way to catch audio from the board is to set the camera to -20db and leave it constant through out the show. Is this acurate? Is there any better set up?
