I am interested in buying this Steadicam. Does anyone have footage with this product? It is either this or the Glidecam 4000. Please give me some feedback if you have used this items. Thanks.

It doesn't have a gimbal to separate you from the camera.
While you can get smooth shots with it, something with a gimbal will probably work better for you.
I have one and it basically sits in my closet all the time. :)

Don't waste your money.

The SteadyTracker:
A) Is not a Steadicam. Steadicam is the original professional stabilizer (www.steadicam.com)
B) (More importantly) Has no gimble, therefore though it's design makes it harder to rotate, it offers no real isolation from the operator.

For free you can take your tripod with it's legs closed and hold it just above the balance point and do the same thing.

If you want Steadicam shots, you will need a Steadicam.

I had a glidecam 4000 and finally "fire saled" it. Hated the balancing of the damned thing. I bought a steddiepod and haven't looked back. When I shoot there generally isn't that much or long steady type shots. The Steddiepod doesn't gimbal and doesn't have a vest, but doubles as a monopod. I used it on a shoot in Hollywood the first day I had it and it worked flawlessly.
