I wonder if Prince will come after him for using his symbol. I talked to lawyers (satanists) and I WILL not back down - I have clips up under FAIR USE in reviewing the concert so Prince can suck a purple fart out of my blurple....&^#.. and I'm a &^#&*#^* fan! But don't get me started...

Way better - TWICE as clear as the facebook clips which are only 720p. Very close to my original encodes. The verdict is in: Vimeo + (with secret full HD 1080p button) plus GH13 hack with proper encoding in Sony Vegas = PURE AWESOME best streaming available on the net PERIOD.

I'm speechless, JoeJITSU. Plus, you work clean. Which, as far as I can tell, is the opposite end of the spectrum to Blackout. (thanks for the Prince clips, O' Hatted One. You're a dirty genius.)
 
Didn't mean to hijack the thread. Loved the original clip. Only posted them because his video is a Prince thing and I just went through the ringer with Prince but came out still standing and figured some of you might like to DL the clips incase the purple one makes another chess move.

I am seeing I am going to have to make a "vimeo secret button thread" so I don't have to keep repeating this.

If you are vimeo + ($60 for the year) you get 3 benefits
#1 your ORIGINAL files stay up so people can download the highest end version if you REALLY want people to see your work in pristine quality
#2 you get a lot more bandwidth I think you can up 5 gigs per week.
#3 you get... (music hit) THE SECRET BUTTON!

What is the secret button? The secret button is a button that should be out there right when you are uploading... but it's not. It's buried three layers deep. You have to fully upload your clip, then as it's encoding or after (to 720p automatically.. blech) you click on the GEAR looking SETTINGS button on the top right,

So you have three steps....

STEP 1: Click on the GEAR looking 'Settings' button

STEP 2: Now click on the Video File Plus bar under Basic Info panel

STEP 3: Click on the secret button!

Now your video will re-encode at the best possible streaming quality and FULL 1080p 2mill pixel resolution.
This option is only available to vimeo plus members. I was on the fence about vimeo for a while but it is currently the best streaming quality available and outdoes youtube's full HD stream by quite a bit. Worth $60 a year if you're a pro or a quality nut.

Eric, if Prince comes after you with his purple goons and the skeksi looking woman dancer for portraying him as a sock and using his symbol .. call me at 877-9-BLACKOUT.. I got yo back. He's tiny we can take him...distract him with some glitter and I'll kick out his high heels while you hit him in his left hip (it's his weak spot.. he had a hip replacement surgery there so he can't get away with one of his split moves). The vulture skeksi woman is tough though.... and she has +4 body armor.
