Thhe 100 Dollar Scam

the answer is no... for you to achieve true 24p the workflow must be consistent... meaning it must be shot in 24p, captured with the correct pulldown to result in 23.98 aka 24p, edited in 23.98, exported as 23.98, and displayed as 23.98 or 24p... only then will you have a true 24 progressive product... with the exception of compressing your movie for streaming web of coarse... some sites require deferent compression rates and stuff. other than that every aspect of handling your footage must be consistent.

hope that i said all made sense... you should check this book out bro... i think you'll benefit from it. it's a pretty cool tool and it's free. all you gotta do is give an email and zip code and you get alot of real good info.
