I couldn't agree more. When you start arresting people because they might get in a car later, that's where you're crossing the Minority Report line and you need to take step back.

Go ahead and get drunk have a good time, who cares as long as there is no fighting ,driving the car etc Then that's when you must pay the price . Until that happens and your having a good time not bothering anyone , then who cares !!!.

Who ever thought of this MUST have way too much time on their hands .

As for cops entering Strip Clubs ..not here thank god .
