Yeah, if he's going to all this trouble for art, I have to ask, "Why the back of his head?" When you see something great, you look at it. The camera will see everything else. Couch cushions, blank walls, people constantly chasing you. If I were planning this, I'd put it in the front of my head so everyone could see what I was seeing.
Tisch is the Performing / Media Arts school, which seems in line with his project, as he's recording video.I went to NYU. He teaches at Tisch.... Having an easel/or skull implanted camera an art department does not make.
The REAL art department is in the School of Education.
I agree. But he shouldve just mounted something on top of his head, and used a 360 degree lens. That would've been interesting.
I would rather just wear some sort of hat with the camera attached though.
And Battuta, your right. That would be more interesting than watching whats behind this guy.
That lens will not give him the "film look!" I suggest he implants the baseplate for rod holders on his C2 or C3 bone so he can place 15mm rods to use a letus or redrock 35 adapter on that cam.
But someone has to be following him all the time to pull focus.
They would after making the iPhone camera support equipment. HahaZacuto is already making some adapter plates and rods for this guys head.
