There goes my teenage life.. i'm now twenty

Man, it only gets better. My twenties were great, but the knowledge I gained and the life changes I made in my 30's really defined who I am. Enjoy your youth my friend. You have it but once. Do everything you wanna do now and make it a decade to remember.

A song my mother relished for many years to be able to sing to me

"Hi Ho! Hi Ho, It's out the door you go!"

At 44 I can honestly say, your best years are still ahead of you, the trick is not to trip over them running forward...

Happy B-Day Dude!!

Don't listen to all these old farts...it doesn't get any better than your 20's. Live life to the fullest now. The next thing you know, you're divorced with kids to support, your back starts hurting, you fall asleep sitting in a chair after dinner, 'ALEVE' becomes your best friend, you notice more hair in the shower drain...and for every hair you lose, you get 5-times as many growing in places there really should be hair!

"Studies show that most men experience a 2% drop-off in testosterone production each year after they turn 30. In addition to causing a lower libido, that decrease can also result in changes in mood and emotions, a decrease in strength due to loss of muscle tissue, and an increase in body fat. In other words, your loss of libido is perfectly timed to coincide with your brand new lard-ass physique and moody attitude."

Happy Birthday! :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

Speak for yourself, my testosterone level is just fine.

I'm closing on 39 this summer and I have lots of good memories of the 20s. I was a mess until I was 25, but it was fun.

Remember to listen to the older guys, because they've probably figured some things out by now. Their phrasing might seem a little dated, but the core of what they say is gospel. I think that's why I find myself drawn to those Greatest Generation guys. Tons of good stories and they seem to dish advise in a way that you don't even realize you're getting it. Plus you get phrases like "tell them to go **** in their hat" or "say, what's the big idea?" and "oh, go on!" peppered into the conversation. All bonus material there.

Anyway, happy birthday and remember... One life, live it! Unless you believe in reincarnation, in which case you should disregard the previous statement.

all I can say is don't waste time because it goes by fast. Have a good time but don't waste to much time at parties. Do somethings first.

2 tips.

1. Buy property...Anything!
2. Buy health insurance while you can still afford it and will still qualify for it.

haha, thanks for all the tips and making me feel bad (not really) and everything.

But most of all thanks for the Birthday Wishes!
It'll still be a good rest of my life to keep continuing :)

#1 is like the stock market. Good advice if you do serious research and you're not too flighty or impulsive.

#2 is one of those gospel bits I was talking about. At 20, if you don't smoke and aren't a race car driver or pilot or have a dread disease, you can get about $1M - $2.5M of universal life insurance for a song. Next to nothing per month. Just let it debit out of your account and you'll soon forget you're paying for it. And you can build a little cash reserve with it as the years go on. Never expires.

At least get a 30-year convertable term policy for that much. Your (as-yet-to-be-named) father-in-law will think very highly of a young man so invested in his daughter's future. Really, go do this. Seriously. Not in five years. Now.

Can you tell I used to sell life insurance? :)

Oh, and while we're passing out advice... remember these sage words spoken to Navin R. Johnson: "Lord loves a workin' man; don't trust whitey; see a doctor and get rid of it. "
