The aging process is a very complex subject (known as Gerontology) , I had to do some research on it once, and let me tell you that your chronological age IS different from your Biological age.
Basically I've seen 20 year olds who are physically at the same 'age' as that of a 35 year old, and conversely some people (like me) physically have the 'age' of a 20 year old when I'm actually 28 (as in people assume that I'm that age
).
I guess the old adage of 'your only as old as you feel' isn't that far off..
