TheComo's Script - Who's in?

Robbie Comeau

Como's back. back again
TheComo's Screenplay

Hey guys,

Here's the deal.

I'm having trouble finding a script, so I've decided to try something new.

I had a neat vision in my head for a film's opening scene. Actually, it could be placed anywhere in the film, that's totally up to you.

You guys read it, you guys create it!

Rules:

-Deadline: December 1st

-You are allowed to send me what you got before the deadline. I can read it, and let you know what I think.

-7-10 pages.

-Any genre, except comedy.

-Must incorporate the one page I uploaded into the screenplay.

-Feel free to change the names, or the actions, or the props,
but keep the scene the way it is. Minor tweaks are ok.

-I love thrillers with big twists, so if you can tie that in there, go for it!

-The final budget should be somewhere under 1500.

-2-3 characters, 2-3 locations.

-Nudity is ok.

----------------------------------
----------------------------------
It's an informal "contest," so feel free to ask me any questions. I like to think of it as Street Basketball for N64, or Mario Soccer for Gamecube. There are no rules!
----------------------------------
----------------------------------
Prize

-Script produced by Kegan Sant and Directed by Robbie Comeau. (Who is that guy anyway?)
-Credit in the film, a special thanks, a copy of the DVD, and POSSIBLY some compensation depending on how the finances go.

Thanks, and good luck!

Robbie

I like the December 1st deadline. Gives us the long Thanksgiving week-end to write! Read your one-pager... looks like fun. Looking forward to this challenge!

Thanks Faith.

Chris, yes you can change it up, but try and leave it in the same scenario.

I voted on some, just been really busy so I had other stuff to do, barely made time for Monsterfest.

I think I watched 10-15 or so?

Robbie - I'm going to have to drop out. I dropped my laptop, lost my voice
activated files, thankfully I was able to reload Movie Magic, but I am in the
phase of getting everything back to normal on this puter.

Lucky to have had an extra hard drive in storage.

It's a sinking feeling to lose all files - well, my important ones are on a free base
email, but I have to reload my printer and guess what? My dvd rom doesn't reading
anything anymore and I was able to upload to programs, now nothing.

I have to get this puter fixed.

There was a way you need to go in how you film, I'll still talk to you if you are
insteaded in this technique.

Boy I tried to skype you on Sunday and you were so online but so not available - football, huh?
