"The Way" A short shot on the DVX 100. English subtitles

Hi everybody!!

I haven't posted anything for some time but here am I again. It's five years since I bought my DVX 100 and I've shot two shorts from then.

I've just finished my last one. It has to do with unconscious life an trauma. I also used a railway line as metaphor of lived time.

It was shot on a DVX 100E with the anamorphic adapter atached.

I had to do everything (script, cinematography, camera, editing...)

The dialogues are in Spanish but I've put subtitles in English.

I'd like to know what you think about this short.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. Everything works well in this film. Love the score, acting, cinematography, and use of metaphors. I was absolutely blown away... AMAZING. Submit this to a film festivle.

Thank you guys, I think you're too good to me.

Really I had to work hard to do it since I wrote the first word of the script until I pushed the last key in post

It was quite difficult to learn to shoot with the anamorphic adapter in order to get the right focus but I found help in Barry's book on the DVX.

Shooting time was long because very often we couldn't stay all together due to work etc.

I very much apreciate your words.
