The Violinist - DVX100B with SGBLADE and Nikon 50mm

Very nice. I thought the first part went on a bit long (yes, we get it, he's sad and there's a shitty violinist), but the ending was great, and some of the lighting was very cool

Lots of focus issues with DOF that shallow. Just because you can do it with the Nikon 50 doesn't mean you should. To me, the bad focus was so distracting that it kept taking me out of the scene. I realize that it can be a personal preference, but I feel that shallow DOF is a tool to be used when the scene calls for it, not every scene for the whole sketch. Looked to me that the color temp was off (too yellow) but other than that I liked the lighting.
