Though I've gota say, I've seen some places where that might have stopped the dumbass who almost rammed me. Green lights who's pathes cross is kinda dumb too..

Is that not the most PASSIVE sentence you've ever read? "The optionally available thing that you can choose to use or not to use... it's up to you... for times when you think you might want to do it, but you're not sure, and can't make decisions on your own"

LOL Well said. No one in Indiana uses their turn signals and it makes me furious. Is that normal in other states or am I just the lucky one?
