The Shed is a short movie (6 minutes) that is written by Alex Whitmer.

Synopsis:

A young woman seeks revenge by luring her rapist into her father's toolshed. It isn't long before the taste of blood turns this into a ritual killing.

Cast:

Stephanie- Marissa Dametto
Jack- Still to be announced...
Meagan- Still to be announced

Crew:

Director/DP/Editor- Robbie Comeau
Writer- Alex Whitmer
Sound- Mark Douris

Small crew, small cast, should be good to go. It will be fairly low budget, but I don't mind throwing out a penny or two towards special effects/make up.

I'll keep the thread updated as I go!

Poster looks sleek; looking forward to it!
Edit: Yeah, like the below person said, maybe a different text font though.

I'd rework the title text, looks a bit cheesy to me. This looks like it could be good though. Have you already casted it?

Hey,

I have my two friends acting for me on this one, who I think will do a good job, as they both actually act. I just need one more person.

The title does look cheesy, thanks I'll fix that tonight!

Any more thought are welcome!

I don't think the title looks cheesy, maybe just to glossy, blood isn't that glossy.

Also the placement of the title looks off. maybe the word "the" should move to the top of Shed next to the "S" ? play with it.

Also make the actor names and the 2008 a sans-serif font (eg. arial type fonts). not the same as the title., and center the 2008,

That's just my opinion, the image on the poster is good.

Sonuds interesting, albeit being part of the 'torture fetish' genre which I'm personally not a fan of. That aside i like the basic premise of the plot, but my reservation is that it looks like a bit much to fit into 6 minutes?

I've read the script, it actually sounds really good. Poster's pretty cool too. That's not so much a synopsis though. You should edit that out...I mean its the whole movie. A synopsis should be a short paragraph that intrigues the reader, not gives away the whole story.

Robbie, I think the greatest asset you've shown so far as a filmmaker is your 'never say die' attitude! Keep it up!
