April 6 - Met with actors Daniel and Zach over dinner. Discussed scheduling, as well as other issues including locations, props, costumes, and the rest of the casting. This is going to be crazy to schedule. We are going to have to shoot quickly and efficiently. To help facilitate this, I'm going to shoot everything myself using my DVTEC MultiRigPro. Today I also got actor Clay Van Winkle on board. Just two more roles to cast, but unfortunately the last two are the hardest to cast.

April 15 - The film is finally fully cast. Thomas and Sherry Ward have come on board officially today. The married couple will play Doug's parents. Also, Dick Campbell, Gary French, and Dustin Rogan have all offered to help out on the shoots when they can. Now all I have to do is find locations. My least favorite part of filmmaking. Oh, and I have to find props as well, but that won't be nearly as hard.

So, I had to pull the plug on this project. At least for now. The pieces were just not coming together. Too many problems with scheduling, locations, and other things.

Hopefully someday I'll be able to remount this production.
