The right version of Final Cut?

I'm looking to switch from Premiere Pro CS3 to Final Cut. What version of FC do I need to be able to work with my Canon EOS 7D footage that includes Cinema Tools for slow-motion work?
 
The only version currently being sold is FCS 2009 or what many call Final Cut Studio 3.

FCS2 and FCS3 both include Cinema Tools.

You should be on a Intel Mac.

I believe the 7D shoots to h.264, so that must be transcoded to pro res for easier editing.
