I swung her around in my arms like a drunken fool intoxicated by her soft lines.
She sang in the vivid light of the ice rink, every angle beautifully lit by the overhead lights bouncing off the ice.
As I gently caressed her 45 mm lens, she responded by giving me a breathtaking view of the band (who happened to be there too).
Without any blonds or redheads to enhance our experience, we forged a union of director and camera to produce this, a child of the night.

This is my second outing as both Director and DP, I am really looking forward to the next music vid with all the cool stuff I have learned (in my near divorce thread).
See... I can't wait to try the focus-in-red thingie and figure out some way to judge the light without depending purely on my eyeballs.
(Panny says she likes my eyeballs on her EVF but it's just not proper to do such things all the time. Some things should be left for special occasions!)
I've been trying to figure out what that strange ghosting thing is when there is camera movement - anybody have a clue?
Footage is standard definition, completely ungraded... I'm about to fiddle with After Effects to give it a bit of an 'MTV' feel for the band.
Any thoughts suggestions?
