This was an entry into our local IFC 357 film festival. You are allowed to make a video of any genre that is either 3, 5 or 7 minutes in length. This is the directors cut which is how it was originally intended to look. It is 9:40, obviously we had to cut it down to fit the 7 minutes mark for the festival so I am posting the original. We have done several short film before, as well as beginning work on our first feature film. Just curious to see what everyone thinks. I will give the results later.

I watched this last night finally, and i Really liked it. One of the better shorts ive seen on here writing wise.

Some of the dialogue is a little flat at the beginning around the part where its like. "Do you want some lunch."
"No, i think ill just grab a coffee, and maybe a bagel"

About half way though, you pretty much lose all those issues. The acting seemed better to as you went along (if that makes any sense)

I was a little fuzzy on the story, was the chart he pulled related to the strange occurences? That was my thought, but i was still unsure.

The fact that you put this together all in a week or so astounds me. The score was also particularly good and helped set the mood and tone. You def achieved a few very creepy and scary parts.

Id love to see more from you, keep it comming.

Thanks for the input Jon I really appreciate hearing another opinion. And yes the chart the Dr. had the secretary pull was that of the strange sightings. (Spoiler from here on) It was hard to translate in such a short film but we were wanting the audience to see that the Dr. was really a patient and the entire sequence up to that point was just a bad dream. When writing it I used all of the other patients to describe what he was going through himself. Essentially he was all of the patients in the dream and just viewing it from the outside in as the Dr. when in truth at the end we realize that he was the patient who was seeing things. I was going for that last second twist at the end.
