Hi guys,
I thought i share my very first short. A mans struggle with his hidden desires. The story is based on a friends personal experience. The audio was challenging but this was a very good learning process for me and everyone attached to the project.

I thought that was a good film. Good storytelling and a good overall technical achievement. Very good acting.

The sound is always a difficult one to pull out right. Usually, you'd have to redesign everything sound related in post, add to what is already there. Make FX, foley and dubbing all part of the second half of your sound work on the film, what you recorded live its only a "rough" track to what you'll do in post.

The other thing that I could live without, is the music. You didn't let any scene play out without an underscore. that's so overused in short films everywhere, it loses all impact and it doesn't add anything valuable to the film. I thought that most scenes would have been much more powerful without any music, you should have let the actor's and the dialogue "be" the music. You gotta trust yourself, and not count on a music score to make the scenes work. The music should only be there to enhance the moment, but the way you used it, it was taking me away from the moment. Like you absolutely needed to tell me how should I be feeling at every single time in the story.

Other than that, I thought it was a very good film. Well done.
