THE ORE. ordered it never got it

Just letting you people know that I ordered the dvd and i have yet to receive it. Its been 3 weeks and nothing. Whenver i order something it arrives in 3days but i am beginning to think i am never going to recieve the @#$$@# thing. Just venting my frustration because i was looking forward to viewing it.
 
i have i contacted them last week. and they told me they were sending them out the past weekend. Yet i havent recieved it. I sent them an email this week and they have yet to respond which i must admit is angering me.
 
I ordered the DVD last June when they thought they would have a July release. The post work actually ended up taking them into November and I got my DVD in January this year. It was no big deal. You need to really chill out big time.
 
Yes craig. but the thing is when you ordered it, it wasnt completed. Its completed right now and probably in their offices or wherever they work waiting to be shipped. And you think i should just wait whenver and if they ever feel like shipping it. kiss my grits with that. i didnt pay not to recieve something.
 
..unfortunately, the only people that can actually help you are the people distributing the film. as an upside, it seems to be an isolated incident which im sure they will be willing to correct if you do not recieve the product soon. i would try contacting them again.. perhaps via another method if possible. as for this thread, i can forsee it going sour easily as you are noticeably quite upset about the incident. for both your sake and that of the vendor, i sincerely hope that you recieve the product very soon. ill close the thread, and if youd like to let us know how it turns out, just send me a PM, and we can pin it to the end of the thread after it all pans out.



EDIT: user PIMP has notified me that he has recieved his copy of "the ore" and all is well.
