The on/off switch has managed to pop out on my dvx 100A, I have absolutely no idea how it happened, such a trivial thing, and yet not. Any suggestions?

You could make a cheap remote switch to plug into the remote jack. I built one for about $10. If you're interested, I can pass along the directions. It's simple.
