I'm so very glad that I could be of help - I've not been on DVXuser in a long time and just saw my name on the site! I'll try to be way more active here on the forum!
 
Do the latest units still have the green LCD issue, or has that been fixed? Abel should have a camera for me tomorrow, and I'm trying to decide if I should wait another month or two.

Still has the green screen issue!!!! Send it my way, I'll deal with it :)

I'm not sure if they do or not, or IF it's being addressed? Good question though!
 
I spoke with B&H today and they are getting a shipment of units in this week. How is everyone else doing with receiving their cameras? Order placed 1/4/11

I ordered mine around 2 weeks ago and Hotwood on December 31st. Still havent received. You both will probably be in this shipment. I might have to wait...

Let me know if your status gets updated!
 
Hopefully this weeks shipment comes through. I was told they were going to come in last week, then last week I was told this week for sure. Hope that's true!

I need to turn off the notifications for this thread - very frustrating to see our American neighbours getting Cameras, while my Canadian distributor has said at least mid - late February…

Pre ordered two cams on Oct 20.

Inter-Cité called to tell me (like 1 minute ago) the cameras are in too. 6 units. I'll be picking mine up first thing tomorrow morning.

AAAARGH! Do I call Cinequip Whites? or do I wait 5 minutes… In the end I'm glad that some shipped into Canada - means mine can't be too far away.

Well, if I were you I'd be calling Vistek and putting some of theirs on reservation ASAP, and THEN call Cinequip Whites and ask them where the flaming argyle your AF100's are... If they don't have a good answer, grab the reserved ones from Vistek...

Just called and they are sticking to their story - sort of - Cinequip is now saying could be March (!!?) So I indicated that I'm looking to take my business elsewhere.
 
AHHH heavyG, I'm in the same boat. Going down to Cinequip tomorrow to get some gels. Will enquire when I get there. (fingers crossed hoping they have them in by noon and I can walk away with mine). Damn Vistek getting them first.
