Finally figured out how to grab frames in FCP4 and thought it's time I shared with the board instead of just asking questions or posting opinions.
These frames are pre color correction. I'm the writer/producer/director/storyboard artist/editor for this short film (my first). All indoor sequences were lit using a 3 light kit (it was good enough for Kubrick, right?)
Special thanks to Shai as the settings used for the bookstore, daylight and outdoor sequences were based on his posted settings from his "Der Besuch" trailer.
Also special thanks to Jarred for sending me out those DVX batteries in such quick fashion and for the free frame grab hosting! (the batteries rock, I highly recommend) {note: correction made to posting, didn't realize my original attempt was an abuse of the system. Sorry!}

PS: shrink your webpage window to crop out the extra white around the images for an accurate view of the lighting. All that white around it makes my images look darker than they really are.
