SHORT: The Mark

Visually excellent. Nice sound design and music. I think there could be more as far as story goes. I understand what the film is saying, but overall it feels more like a really cool cinematography reel than a compelling story to me. That being said, for a first short it's excellent. Keep it up!
 
What difference would it make if we could "hear" him... hear him stand up, hear him step, hear him going with his hand in his pocket, hear him move...etc

Well...Foley is the magic word here :-p

More near the middle I hear already some more sounds, but what I miss is "dialogues" (breathing, caughing, swalowing, drinking and other human made sounds = dialogue)

2:52 the cookies.... a nice sound effect with some reverb....would not have been miss placed

I think you can have used some of the direct (recorded on set) sounds... and then of course first edit them so you don't hear yourself shouting "action !!!!" and "cut !!!!"
By the way I'm sure you've blamed already yourself of shouting "action" and "cut" to fast and are now going to count 5 extra seconds before you shout those ? :-p

In general it's nice to watch.... But I don't see a "story"... or I don't get it..... So he is having the same day over and over again ?

You also have some nice shots, well there aren't realy "bad" shots in it.
