Hello Friends,

iTunes finally released a documentary "In Person" I directed for a band called The Maine. Its a 30min doc featuring interviews, tour footage and 4 live songs all shot with the HPX170 and HVX200. Produced by MOTIONarmy and TWENTYFOURCORE. A huge thanks TWENTYFOURCORE and to Orange Productions for all their efforts at the Kool Haus in Toronto.

you can stream it here:

This was a labor of love, let me know what you think!

Really really really liked it! The live audio sounded so good... was that taken straight from the desk or did you have some other process to get it sounding good?

Liked how it all flowed together. Only a couple framing choices in the interviews got me (too much head room) but I really liked the duel cameras during the interviews to give you the freedom to shoot from a side angle in black and white and go from their hands to their face etc.

Was a very interesting doco to me... I like this kind of music, so as a fan I enjoyed it, and as a video maker I appreciated how it was cut, shot etc.

GREAT WORK! Hope to see more stuff like this. Any more bands got you lined up?

Hey Zeakio

Thanks! Im glad you enjoyed it. We hired a Orange Lounge from Toronto to come record the sound. And a local producer Cory Spotts mixed and mastered the tracks. we got a couple more gigs like this coming up so keep an eye out! Thanks again.
