The Lodge - Behind-the-Scenes

[rauschelbach]

Hi everybody,

I posted the trailer to our film The Lodge awhile back, and thought I'd share a recently finished behind-the-scenes promo. This is the first in a series of web videos showing the making of the movie.

The interviews and feature was shot on the HVX while the BTS stuff was shot on the DVX. Let us know what you think, and check out our website as well.

Cool! What'd you shoot that with, the M2? Any specific lenses? I really like that lighting you guys pulled off. Really well done! Makes me want to see it

This movie looks so awesome! Plus, the BTS was really interesting to watch. I can't even imagine how much the budget for this film must have been, but yeah, now I really want to see the entire film.

Yes, we shot mostly with the M2, using Zeiss Super Speeds. But we also used the P+S for some pick up stuff. Check out our DP Aaron Platt's work if you want, he's not too shabby.

Hopefully we'll be able to share when everyone can see the entire film in the next few months. We'll keep you updated.

If anyone's interested they can check out our Blog or Myspace to get the latest news as well.

The Lodge in Ohio

The Lodge in Ohio

For anybody in the Ohio area, The Lodge will be screening at the Oxford International Film Festival. Brad and I will be attending, as will Kevin McClatchy, our lead. So, anybody interested in checking it out the OIFF is April 10th-13th.

The Lodge will be screening on the 11th and 12th. It looks like an interesting fest, and I'm curious to check it out myself. Hope to see you guys there!
