The image quality the D90 should deliver.

Ye... seems its electronic for REAL!!!

I saw the camera today and it really works 20P (5secs), the images are proper with exif data and all - manual everything, shutter:) ... DROOL!

This is like a dream... just got to get around the 5 secs limit - perhaps with bigger cards?

Anyone know of a Nikon adapter so I can use my Nikons.
I guess this means Im really considering buying it over the D90.

Hi Nicky,

Good luck with your purchase Nicky.Post your comments and results. We`d love to hear them.

Only hope 5sec at 20fps would be enough....

.

never
it shoots low res images until the internal buffer is full.

pentax can't shoot more than that with its current hardware.
it's like casio.

Just shot 90% of a music video with a k20D:

The image quality is incredible if you get exposure right. Pin sharp at 1080p, great colours, no visible compression etc.

HOWEVER it has equal rolling shutter to the D90, the 5 seconds thing is very restrictive and no sound would make it tricky for many types of work.

I wouldn't really recommend using it unless its a project for fun or for clients you know REALLY well! The most exciting thing though its a taster of the quality we can all be expecting, in a more practical form, at reasonable money in the years to come.

You cannot really tell anything about quality on youtube. Some people have the missconception that vimeo.com is for HD only. Wrong. You can put "anything" you want there.

very nice. This gives me high hopes for the 5DII. This is exactly the kind of work I'll be doing with it.
