I have done my share of griping. There must have been a dozen threads beating on Panasonic about the rebate delays. In fact I often felt bad for Jan for getting beat up after trying to do (doing) something good for us.

Anyway, I hope we can keep this thread positive, and ONLY post when you get your battery & tapes. Maybe it will be a ray of sunshine for anyone who hasn't gotten theirs yet. But OTOH, since I got mine today I am betting everyone else has theirs also. :)

I just got back from picking mine up at UPS. Hooray

Then I get an email from Rush telling me the 10 tapes and battery I ordered from him are shipping today...
 
Got mine today too! How long will this battery really run at normal use w/ LCD? I was shocked when the box said 10 hrs. I expect it to be more like 4-5.

It'll run for about 5 and a half hours in a DVX. The '10 hours' claim is if you're using it on one of their little palmcorders.
