THE greatest fight scene EVER

That he considers his shoulders for a moment before ripping his shirt off really got me into it. Will he rip his shirt off? Will he? YES! HE DOES! And then, the other guy does too.

That borders on a Carpenter directing moment right there.

He was trying to remember where the pre-scored tear marks were :Drogar-Evil(DBG):

I'm trying desperately to find the entire They Live sequence online. Probably impossible at 45 minutes long (give or take 35 minutes or so).

I was thinking it was a prelude to Hot Man Sex until the Lesbian ran in.

Now I don't know what to think except that there is hope for us becoming filmmakers.

As over-the-top as that fight was; it still kicks ass! :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

One of the most incredible fight scenes is in Tum Yum Goong (bad movie, good fight scene). The hero (looking for his elephant) starts on the first floor of a six story building. There's an atrium inside so you can see every floor. Basically he fights his way from the first floor to the sixth floor, all in one continuous shot. No cuts. No coffee breaks. This guy (tony ja) ran around the entire building, fighting and throwing people over railings for 6-7 minutes. The steadicam operator should get an award for his work. Watch it just for that scene. There's also a Jackie Chan cameo in an airport.

Oh, Mikko! I'm dl'ing this now. I cant wait to see this. :)

Good googly moogly! That steadicam guy was right in the line of projectiles in a lot of that! I may need to get this one off eThaicd.com. I dont think it ever played here. Later release prob, like Ong Bak. awww, now I want to go watch that, but I only have the Thai version with no subtitles. haha!! Who needs to know what they are saying, anyway? I could watch Ja on mute.
