The Glass tit

Movies are a great way to go - lots of fun, and great commentaries to boot! I've always loved the radio, and have listend to that (NPR and such) for most of my content anyway. I do find it interesting that as soon as we (USA) got into this "war" the history and discovery channel started playing pieces on WWII - very interesting. They chose to play that stuff instead of choosing to play the stuff about Vietnam .... hmmm, makes you think .....

As for what I do watch on TV, not much really. the only show I've religiously been watching is 24. I've found that watching the DVD's of the TV shows (Which is how I begun watching 24) to be the way to go. You don't have to watch commercials, you can watch when ever it works for your schedule, you get extra content, and you get a wider selection, it's great! My favorites have been "The Office" and "Coupling" both are BBC productions. I love those Brits - best comedy in the world (IMO).

Did you ever watch the History Channel BEFORE?

It was all WWII, all the time. It was nicknamed "The Hitler Channel."

Yeah, I did. The History channel, the discovery channel, and PBS tend to be my default channels when I turn on the tit - but I haven't seen anything on there to keep my attention for long.

Yeah, they did play a lot of WWII before hand, but there seems to be an increase in it. I seems that I can never turn it on without it being about WWII. And before I remember there being more shows on about ancient history and the like ... maybe I just have bad timing ...
