About six months ago i cam on here asking a myriad of questions regarding lighting, sound, what 35mm adapter to use etc. etc. I had a great amount of help from the users of this site so thank you for your suggestions. At last my film is almost complete. The trailer is now online along with production photos and other goodies. I hope you enjoy.

Nice job! , great photography
It looks like you really put in alot of time into it , what were you using to photograph the production?

Thanks for the kind feedback! We are all super happy with the opportunity to have filmed in a a foreign culture. We shot using the Panasonic HVX200 with the RedRock 35mm adapter.

I'll keep everyone updated as to our release and if we are successful in festival. Thanks again for all your feedback and help.

Real nice! You picked night scene locations where there was intensely lit I see. Am I right? Because I was wanting to shoot a night scene here in Detroit with the HVX but hope to find a spot that is lit up. I notice the camera doesnt do well in low light. How bright were those locations?

The trailer is amazing it looks like it wont have probs getting to the festivals.

Yeah dude those scenes were extremely lit up. We still had some shots we had to go back and shoot because they just came out too dark. All a learning experience. We were also using Red Rock's 35mm adapter which forces you to light the scene even more. Good luck with the shoot in Detroit. Just remember to light it up! It's easier to make adjustments in post if it's too bright but if it's too dark you will have a tough time.
