SHORT: The GHOSTS

Eddie,

overall I thought the storyline was well put together. Some things to critique would be in the beginning the sound was overly loud. Like you had it peaked in the red. Another shot was when they were in the car looking at the stars....the car was moving up and down despite the car being parked. Also the lighting seemed a little too dark muddy. Lastly, at the end I noticed when everyone showed up after the kid got shot, there were guys with torches....at a drive-in movie the are in the 50's or 60's. It looked like a lynch mob going after someone...a little overkill but that is just me.

Again, I really enjoyed it and it kept me interested the whole way through. The tone and manner of language really was great. I thought the wardrobe was spot on as well.

Not bad. It gives me a "once upon a time" feeling....in a way....

I also like it that the sound is good (the dialogues). Just as said before, the music on the "ghost coming out" scene is way to loud

One thing I wonder the "sixteen minutes later" thing... is it realy needed ? Not for me anyway......

And you have recorded wild sounds also ? Like the people whispering etc...

Wow what a great story, great acting, and execution. The grading job really added to the feel of the film, just all around excellent work.

I like this film so much I've decided to feature it on my blog as the Short Film of the Week. You join the ranks of some very talented film makers. From indie wonders to the man
Martin Scorcese himself! Feel free to leave any comments about your experiences making the film etc...
